2000+ not backed up, only 10 made it across from my C drive.
Most are just photo files and music files
Hi, what software are you using to backup your computer? What operating system you have on your computer?
I am having this same problem with my backup. I just off loaded a lot of photos, videos, and screenshots off my phone to my laptop to free up space. On my next backup, I got this message that there were files that weren’t backed up included picture, screenshot, and video files along with many files with no extension and names of just lots of numbers and letters.
I’m running Windows 10 with the Passport Ultra external drive.
