Restsdk-server, why is it continually running

I have the same issue with my new WD EX4100 nas which I purchased this February. The cpu is continuously in very high utilization. The process restsdk-server has the very most utilization. I leaved the server without any access and action for many weeks to see how it reacts but still, it is in 100% cpu utilization.
This is really unbelievable. I have never seen such a thing working for itself for many weeks and does not stop. This command doesn’t stop the process.

/usr/local/modules/restsdk/bin/restsdk-server stop

I have disconnected the nas from the network for a long period, but the restsdk-server process is still running and running in high utilization.

Any new idea how I can bring this server to be silent?

Thanks for any help.

Now my WD NAS device is finally still by itself after several weeks being busy with the process.

The only way to stop this is to DIABLE cloud services in the NAS configuration menus.
