I noticed today that a device I was a user on at my previous employer is still listed in my personal MyCould account. I’ve contacted them 3 times now to remove me as a user but have received no response. Is there a way for me to remove this device from my account without their intervention? I don’t want to leave myself open for any nefarous accusations. It’s been 10 months so I don’t think that would happen, I just don’t want it to be a possibility.

One option, sort of a last resort, if there is no other way to delete the former employer’s My Cloud from your OS5 MyCloud.com account is to delete your OS5 MyCloud.com account. Then use the OS5 My Cloud Dashboard and remove the My Cloud access for your user account. Then go through the process of sending an invitation on your OS5 My Cloud to a different email address than the one used for the now deleted MyCloud.com account. Hopefully that way the former employer’s My Cloud won’t be listed as a device on your new OS5 MyCloud.com account.
