I frequently lose remote access to my EX2Ultra (firmware 5.24.108). No problems on the local network, but remotely, it’s a crapshoot if the device shows “offline” or accessible. If someone is home, I can call, ask to reboot the device, and gain access after reboot. I can’t identify any particular situations that cause the disconnection. Is there a setting I am missing, or maintenance that I need to be doing? (technicaly capable, but not an IT guy) (copied from other forum)
