Remote Access

Hi,
Ive had my EX2 Ultra for about 2 yrs and periodically I get so hacked off with it that I regret buying it. So here’s the problem that repeated calls to customer support have still been not able to fix.
Can somebody please supply a step by step guide to setting up remote access for an EX2 Ultra (router port settings - Yes support even had me tinker with those, worked once never again), and if anybody from WD is reading this, this is what you should have in your knowledge base - An ■■■■■’s guide, not somebody who you think has a technical knowledge at PHD level - because most of your customer’s don’t - so fed up with the poor support.
