Cloud access keeps on dropping?

I have several users for cloud & device access for the EX2.

Somehow the connections have now started to drop i.e. on it shows that the nas is offline, when it’s still on. Mobile apps also lose their access rights although they’re still listed on the dashboard.

It started last night when router reboots caused change in IP - so now I set it as a specific IP, but these drops have kept coming.
