Remote access error

I already upgraded  the firmware  but the mbl 2tb remote access say no internet connection.

In the config->network Einternet said connected.

I already restored to factory defaults by pressing button.

I even opened the the ADSL  router ports .

What’s wrong?

I think the app. for the remote access is not working properly these days…  I think is under maintenance
