I have a G-Raid Thunderbolt 4TB and want to reformat as raid 1. The drive is not recognized by the G-Raid Thunderbolt Configurator. In Disk Utility the drives are showing up as disk5s2, disk5s3, disk7s2, and disk7s3
Any help would be appreciated
The unit you have is an older version of the G-RAID if it only has Thunderbolt ports on it. It is a software RAID device not hardware so our configurators don’t manage it.
The RAID is created by the Disk Utility on the Mac. You would use the RAID Assistant from inside Disk Utility to set up your RAID1
