Hi. I have a G-RAID 4TB with Thunderbolt 1 and, when I mounted the device again, the Macintosh does not recognize it. The device is not mounted, nor does the disk utility recognize it.

If the drive does not get recognized even in Disk Utility then it means there is a hardware fault somewhere in the device.
Can be a TB cable, can also be the power adapter. Verify that you are using a 12v 4 or 5a power adapter.
