I have wd my cloud set up on my wireless router I accidentally erased several files that I need. Has anybody found a solution for this problem?
Use the forum search feature (magnifying glass icon upper right) if you haven’t done so already. There are a number of past discussions of how to try and recover files stored on the My Cloud that were deleted.

If you have a Safepoint / Backup of the My Cloud (and it hasn’t updated yet) you may be able to pull the deleted file(s) from that Safepoint / Backup.
How did you backup your files and did you save more than one copy. I use SmartWare and have it set to keep three copies.
When ready to Retrieve I can choose which version I want to retrieve. I can also have it to show those that have been deleted. See **example ** image below. Click on, tap or activate image to enlarge it.
