Recognising devices

Just installed My Passport for Mac and it is not recognising my devices, eg iPhone

If your My Passport for Mac isn’t recognizing your iPhone:

  1. Check connections.
  2. Restart devices.
  3. Update software.
  4. Verify compatibility.
  5. Reset permissions.
  6. Try another cable.
  7. Test with another device.
  8. Contact WD Support if needed.
