Found if you put the 3 files into the folder “.wd_tv” which is located at the root of the usb.
Also note this folder is created after the usb deviece has been used with the WD TV.

That is a hidden folder created by the WDTV which holds the media library info. You don’t put your 3 firmware files into this directory, you leave them in the root.
