RAID 1 to JBOD but only 1 volume

I have a 2-bay MyCloudEX2 with 3TB hard drive each. Setup RAID 1 and downgraded to JBOD successfully. Figured I could have 6 TB with JBOD but it’s still 3 TB.

How can I switch MyCloudEX2 to 6TB without losing data?

You’d need to set it to RAID0 or SPANNING.
Neither RAID1 nor JBOD will give you a single volume of 6TB.

Now, if you don’t care about it being a single volume, you can stay on JBOD and just create a second volume on the other disk.
