disk  3 RAID1  |       6 TB

Yes it is possible. You should be able to create the RAID1 and then add the other drives in JBOD.

Can you explain how to accomplish this or point me to documentation somewhere how to configure 2 drives as Raid 0 and 1 or 2 drives as JBOD?
