Hello. THe WD My Cloud 4TB was on sale  and I purchased a second one. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to set it up or piggy back it on the the first one?. A little help please.

Set it up the same as the first; just make sure it has a unique name, and if using Static IPs, a unique IP.

There is a setting right in the main GUI window to connect to another My Cloud via ethernet but that may only be for mirroring/backup the drive.

i have a My Book Live, and if i remember well there is a feature on WD Mycloud windows SW : “add new device” ,

have you tried it ?
