Problems to access the files

Hi. I can no longer access the files on MyBookLive. I can get to the MyBookLive webpage no problem. I can even change passwords no problem. However, when I click on “view my files”, the link takes my to the local “My Documents” folder. 

Other options I have tried:

  1. From Explorer, I tried to map a connection, \mybooklive\public, the device won’t connect. 
  2. From Explorer, under ‘Network’, I can visually see MyBookLive with an icon that looks like the drive itself. When I right-click and then open, only the local drive opens up. 

For extra info, the drive is now plugged directly into my computer - thank goodness for wi-fi.
