CANNOT ACCESS \\mybooklive

I have a network drive, which I access my typing \mybooklive.

When I do this with my new laptop, receive the error message windows cannot access \mybooklive

I can access this drive from my old computer but not the new one. When I open the file folder, mybooklive appears as storage device.

Can anyone help me?
