I recently checked my WD external hard drive and could not find my documents. When I looked at my WD SmartWare it says that documents are being backed up, but I cannot find them on the external drive. My computer is not long for this world (I am trying to keep it going until Windows 8 is released), and I want to be sure I am saving my documents. Can anyone provide any guidance? Thanks.
Explore the folder called smartware.swstor inside the external hard drive, inside this folder you should see all the files.
