How can I make my files and other folders Private? I want to be able just to see or setup things privately on each user account on my cloud mirror… How do I set it up like that?
If you make the share private then you can set user access privs.
For an existing share look in the share properties under share profile and you’ll see a slider for public that you just set to off. That should enable the user access section at the bottom of the menu.
Note the default built in public share cannot be made private.
Guys, I have this (or a similar) issue on my MyCloud. My shares, even though they are defined as NOT Public, the are created with permissions 777. That’s kind of dangerous, don’t you think?
