I recently upgraded my pr4100 memory from 4gb to 16GB but it’s showing as 16mb instead of 16GB so I put back the other memory in but it’s showing as 4mb instead of 4gb has anyone got a solution to fix this issue?
Did you have any problems upgrading the memory??? I am still using 4 GB but also want to upgrade to 16 GB. I’m showing 66% memory utilization without doing really anything. Just want to confirm everything went smoothly.
Yes everything went smoothly It’s just in my case it shows as mb instead of gb
Thanks I’m glad I’m not the only one they need to release an update to fix this bug
i ecountered this problem after i had upgraded ram from 4GB to 16GB,it’s appeared 16MB,did you solved it?i want to know
No mine still says 16mb
I have the same problem. Curious if there has been any resolution on your end.
Mine is doing the exact same thing, upgraded to 16 GB crucial ddr3l and it now shows 16 MB of ram with about 4.5% utilization. It seems to work fine otherwise but would be good to know all of the ram is there.
After todays update this issue appears to be fixed. Firmware 5.29.102 fixed an issue with memory size.
I can confirm that my pr4100 now shows all 16GB.
Confirmed, Update 5.29.102 fixed this issue.

Upgrading a computer’s storage drive can involve replacing a hard disk drive (HDD) or solid-state drive (SSD):
• Backup data: Before making any changes, back up your data to a safe location.
• Choose a new drive: Consider your computer model, budget, and storage needs.
• Clone the old drive: To keep your data, settings, and applications, you can clone your old drive to the new one.
• Swap the drives: Remove the old drive and replace it with the new one.
• Format the old drive: If you want to use the old drive for something else, you can format it to erase all data.
