PR4100 Cannot install App Manually

When trying to add an app manually to a PR4100, terms & conditions come up and noting happens when you click ‘Accept’. the dialog just sits there

Log out from the dashboard and then try opening the dashboard and installing the App from a different browser.

Exactly the same issue… brand new PR4100 that I am just getting setup and now this.
Tried using different browsers but to no avail.

Are you on the latest firmware version? The latest is 2.31.149 (10/18/2018).

Also, have you tried restarting the PR4100? I can tell you from personal experience that a reboot can fix the oddest issues with it…
