PR4100 trouble deleting apps

Lately, I have been trying to uninstall the Plex or GoodSync apps. First of all, the PR4100 takes forever just to load the apps - what’s up with that? Second, getting the app to uninstall prior to re-installing an updated version doesn’t happen, once I click on the uninstall button, PR4100 appears to freeze with the updating screen. I log in after 2 hours or 24 hours and the same app has not been uninstalled. What gives?
Firmware Version : 5.18.117 for the PR4100
Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H1
Installed on ‎2021-‎09-‎25
OS build 19043.1348
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0
Thanks - any help would be appreciated. Why oh why did I upgrade to OS5? Everything was working fine before that!

@charvie Is your PR4100 Indexing or Generating Previews?
If Yes,

  • Turn Off Cloud Access from the Cloud Access tab
  • Reboot
  • uninstall the apps

No it is not indexing or generating previews.
There is no turn off Cloud access in the Cloud Access tab
Any other suggestions

Click the “Admin User” to Turn OFF Cloud Access and Reboot.
If you are still having the issue, collect the My Cloud system logs and send to support for analysis.
