Power supply failure

Hi,
I have my cloud ultra ex2 device, and I get very often the warning power supply failure, code 1022

I tried searching for the problem and the solution but I couldn’t figure out whats the problem therefore the solution

Can you please help me understand the problem or how to troubleshoot it …
