Power Supply Failure and Error Code 1022

I have a MyCloud EX2 Ultra. I have gotten two Power Supply Failure emails which state “Power Supply 1 Failed, check power supply” The error code is 1022. That code has an email notification and in the table for this error code, the Power Supply LED should be solid red and the Drive LED solid blue. But in my case both of the LEDs are blue, which means the drive is, nominally not in error. My home did experience a power failure this week but the email was delayed by several days from that event. Is there something I have to check or reset on the device?
