How do I install WD utility to auto power off MyBook drives.

I do not want to install the backup SmartWare program, I only want to install the utility

The My Book should go automatically into sleep mode when not in use. Check if one of the programs installed on your PC is using the My Book.

Some software  that might be causing the problem could be auto backup or sync software. Also AV might be scanning in background.

It started working now and I didn’t even change or do anything!
