Plex (Can’t connect using Configure button)

I can connect to MyPassport dashboard but I can’t open my media. I’m Definitely connected to wi-Fi (I can browse the Web) however when I go to the Media tab and click “Configure” (for Plex Media Server) I get an “unable to connect” error. I have tried this on my iMac using Safari and Firefox as well as on my iPhone using Safari. It was working earlier today with no apparent changes occurring in between.

I have reset my System settings (and reinstalled PMS) but the problem remains.

Firefox OSX error: Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at MyPassport.local:32400.

Safari iOS error: Safari could not open the page because it could not connect to the server
