I read the reviews which explained it was plug and play - that’s rubbish! I have spent the last 3 hours trying to get this to work.

I have the MBL 3TB placed onto my network : light is green software installed.
I attempt to navigate to http://mybooklive.local - I get a message which read “unable to connect”
If i go to Finder> Shared> MybookLive - it says connected as guest?? - how can i change this
Am I missing a trick, I’m not very techy hence plug and play suited me well.
I have an Apple running on Lion.
Any suggestions welcomed.
