My Book Live - Cannot access the dashbaord (Cannot configure Device [settings, etc] )

Hi guys! I’m having a problem with my newly bought WD My Book Live 1tb.

I tried all that I can to access the dashboard but it just wouldn’t go through the browser.

I recently installed the newest firmware (latest 2013) but it was working throughout the day then it stopped.

So, if anyone out there can help me it would be very appreciated.

did you try to access by using the IP that shows up in your router as assigned to the MBL?
