Can't access to my book live after updating firmware

Hi all,

this is the first time posting here.

I have been having a trouble with my my book live 2 TB since I updated firmware on the device. I was able to access to Dashboard but not to the folders of my book live.

I have a laptop Windows 7 64 bits. I’ve tried to use “http:/thedevicename/loca/” thing but didn’t work. I would really appriciate it if you had any solution about this using step by step.

You might want to try resetting or power cycling the unit and see if that helps.
