i just bought mybooklive 3TB by yesterday, then try to update firmware and go sleep, when i wake up, the update is stopped at 7%, the i just press “ok”, then i can’t access to mybooklive anymore, can someone help me, thank you
Hello, try disconnecting the My Book power cable for 20 seconds, then try again. If the problem continues, try pressing the reset button on the back of the My Book for 4 seconds.
