I went away for about a week, and had my computer off during that time. Before I left, everything was working fine. I had tried some firmware updates, but they didn’t take. I think it’s because it was too full. Anyway, I come back, and now all of a sudden I can’t access it anymore. I had it mapped to a network drive and that doesn’t work. I can’t access the UI either, nor any of my shortcut folders or anything else. Plex I guess somehow remembers what was on there, because the libraries appear correctly, but nothing plays. I tried restarting everything, modem, router, mybooklive drive and computer, but that didn’t help. The mybooklive starts off with a blue light when I plug it back in, and then it goes green I think, but could maybe be a red or orange since I’m a bit red/green colorblind.
Any ideas? I’m not sure what the reset button does on the back of the mybooklive, but I’m thinking this is my only option at this point.
