Picture Thumbnails and icons

When my files are uploaded to MyCloud, I am not seeing the icons for the file types or thumbnails when these are image files. Is there anyway to do this please?

That’s not supported by default with Windows. It’s that way on any NAS. Not just WD’s.

You can enable it, with the performance degradation it brings, by modifying the registry,

You can google how to do that because I don’t often recommend specific registry edits.

Thanks for responding. I omitted to say I am using a Mac. I rebooted the drive and they are now showing.
