Picture -No Sound

Hi,

I recently purchased WD Elements Play Multimedia Drive and note that I some of the movies which I have downloaded has no sound.

The following movies files has pictures but no sound :

1080p.BluRay.DTSMA.x264-FLAWL3SS-HD

BluRay.720p.DTS.2Audio.x264-CHD

BluRay 720p AC3 x264-3Li

Your assistance will be appreciated.

Did you verify if the audio codecs are compatible with the Elements play on the user guide?
