WD elements play 1TB HDD no sound problem (MKV file with DTS audio )

My unit didnt hv sound while im playing MKV file with "DTS " audio channel …Hv any got tis kind of problem or any suggest to fix the problem ???

The Elements Play (Gen 1) doesn’t support DTS.
