Hi there,
it took me some time to find out why not all my MCH users can see the same photos although all the photos are shared (for collaboration) with the other users. Apparently, only the own files (Files & folders) are visible in “Photos” - the ones from “Shared” can only be browsed manually.
Maybe it’s just me, but I expected the shared photos also to be visible in “Photos” (sorted and accessible via year/month selection). Is there a way to do that?
If not, how would you handle this?
- One folder incl. subfolders with photos, shared with all users, all listed in “Photos” (indexed by date)
- private folder for user a
- private folder for user b
