Thinking about purchasing a WD My Cloud Mirror Personal Network Drive.

Q. Though. What happens when I delete a photo off my phone that’s previously been synced to the WD drive? Will the WD also delete the mirrored photo on the drive next time it syncs to the phone & notices that the original has been deleted? Or is there a setting to prevent that?

Hi there,

If you are using a sync software, this is exactly what will happen because this is how sync software works, the My Cloud mobile app has a phone backup feature which will be better suited for what you are looking for.
