Recently got the MyCloud and was wondering about the phone backup. If I delete a photo from my phone that has been backed up to the cloud, will it stay in the cloud or be automatically deleted from the cloud when the phone syncs again?

Hi,
If is a synchronization software, it will remove the file from the drive if you remove it from the cell phone.
If you are using a backup software, it will not remove the file from the drive once you update the backup.

My Cloud Mobile app for Android and IOS support a feature called “Auto Backup” under settings.
Auto Backup will COPY Photo and Videos to your My Cloud Device.
Deleting the Photo or Video from your mobile device DOES NOT delete the backed up file on your My Cloud device.
