Password

When I try to access my drive, it’s asking for user name and password. Not sure what user name and password their asking for. The password is not the computer password. it appears it’s asking for network password. Never had one.

I’m using a Windows 7 computer.

Do you have it connected to a router to use as a network drive? Can you try it on a different computer?

Same problem here.

I tried a few passwords I had scrawled down somewhere, but they didn’t work.

Did they ask me to set up a password?  NO.

Did they tell me one would be put in? NO.

Am I upset?  YES.
