Network Password

I have a MyBook drive setup on my home network with a XP machine. Just bought a new Windows 7 machine and cannot get the drive mapped. Discovery cd laods and sees the drive but when i try to map it asks for a Network password? Never setup a netwrok password. How do i get this drve mapped to my win 7 machine?
