Password disabled. can't access my book on other computers

I managed to remove the password on my 4tb “my book” external hard drive. it doesn’t ask it on my computer and I access it no problem
When I try opening it on other PCs, it will show the icon, but won’t allow me to open it.

I have no idea how to solve this… my computer is crashing and everything I need is on this hard drive :S

If you removed the security using the WD Security app then it should not ask for password on any computer. However, since this is the case I recommend you contact WD support directly for assistance with this issue.
