I put password on my book hard drive :confounded: it’s work on my desktop becaus when i creat it told him to remember it but when i plug it into my laptop he ask for the password and i forgot it:cry: can you help me pleeeeeeeeeees

Unfortunately there is not a master password for the drive.
We recommend to try the passwords you regularly use and check the password hint.
If you still can not find the password and open the drive, you can gain access to the drive but it will require the drive erase option.
