I received a new modem from my service provider. When I went to listen to Pandora the Icon is no longer there. I have reset location but it tells me that WD TV was unable to detect WD TV’s curent location. I have rebooted the modem and the WD TV many times. I have even done a factory reset on the WD TV.
I am having the same exact problem with my WD TV Live. I have two of them. I just recently signed up to Hulu Plus and wanted to play it on my WD TV Live devices, but Hulu is not even listed anywhere in the Services. I’ve looked all over through internet forums and many people suggested resetting the location on the WD device. However, when I reset location, it tells me that WD TV was unable to detect WD TV’s curent location. I’ve even bypassed my router and plugged the WDTV directly to my modem - it still will not locate the current location. And this problem is happening on TWO seperate WDTV Live devices.
