OS 5 Shares with W/R rights to user can't accept traffic from local brother scanner

I have multiple Brother scanners (ADS2800W and ADS3000N) local in network that store the scanned files in NAS shares using username and password / or admin and password for the NAS ( pro 4100).
after I updated to OS5 and I made sure all users can read and write, group users have read and write rights, active directory is updated, shares are accessible from windows computer, none of the scanner can connect to the share any more, and the error is:
"Sending Error, This message will appear when you cannot access the destination folder.
Make sure that:
*Directory name is correct.
*Directory is write-enabled.
ECODE: 0x0C002032, -29, STATUS_NOT_SUPPORTED "
the only change I had in my network is the new OS 5. all the setting in scanners are the same. the error is not supported by Brother scanner since it is related to w/r rights in WD NAS.
I have tried all solutions including creating new users with new W/R rights to the share.
I tried to activate cloud account, FTP, AFP, NFS with no results.
now I regret updating to OS5 in all of my 4 NAS 4100 pro . but since I can’t go back I need a solution.
I appreciate any idea or help.

@bashaar The scanners may require a specific SMB version such as SMB1, SMB2
