I’ve been playing around with my two MyClouds which I had on different networks. Yesterday, one of them was not accessible (offline) in the desktop app. I ended up moving it to another network and it is still showing offline, but I can access it through the MyCloud webpage. There aren’t many troubleshooting options available here, so I’m not sure if this is a problem with the app or what as I haven’t really changed any settings on my side. Any ideas? Is this happening with anyone else?
