My Cloud Home, offline

I have a problem, since yesterday the disk is responding to the ping and is visible on the home network, but the status in the application and after logging in to https://home.mycloud.com/ I have the status that the disk is offline.
Disk reboots and a short reset do not help. The disk is flashing briefly, I do not know what to do anymore, also unavailable from the application position on the phone.
Please help.
