Can see My Cloud Home on Desktop but cannot see on browsers nor mobile devices

Hi, can anyone help me? I can access My Cloud Home on my laptop (shows up as one of my drives) but I cannot access it via browsers nor mobile devices. It keeps on saying “Your my cloud device might be offline or rebooting. Checked that it’s plugged in…”. It used to work on both ends. Thanks. Apivut
