Not Enough Quota Error

Each time I attempt to save a file I receive an error "Mot enough quota is available to process this command.

Have you looked at your PCs settings for ‘offline files’ ?

@DJH Which WD My Cloud/device do you have? Do you know which generation it is 1st or 2nd? Please provide an image of the error that comes up. How are you trying to save the file, are you dragging and dropping?
