No WiFi access to My Passport Wireless Pro

I’m having trouble connecting to My Passport Wireless Pro via the WiFi with my iPad Pro. Previously I’ve had a connection. I’m using a fresh install of the app and the Passport has been reset.

I’ve reached step 9 in this guide.

and just need to add the drive in the app.

The drive (the cloud signature) just keeps on syncing without ever connecting in the app.

I’d really appreciate help to get this drive working again.

Trying again today I get this message. How to procede?
