Got a Passport Wireless pro in may for a trip, it worked great. Now, I can’t get the WIFI light to go solid and connect to my phone or iPad and also I think it not importing files from the SD card. Anything WD support can send me to fix this problem?
You posted in the My Cloud subforum. The My Cloud is a different device than the My Passport Wireless. See the dedicated subforum for the My Passport Wireless.
Also note that these subforums are mostly user to user support. Official WD Support rarely replies to posts in these subforum. One can open a support case with WD Support through the Support link at the top of the page.
One should also search through the WD Support Knowledge Base (see link at top of page) as many times basic answers to issues with WD products are posted there.
