No LED or Access to My Book Live

Hi All,

I hope you can help.

I am using Windows 7. I have a My Book Live. I can see it in My Computer but if I try and access the folder in it I get a network error message.

If I try and use the setup.exe for it I get a popup box that says “There seems to be a problem” "We’ve detected that you may not be able to: Configure the device
Copy Files to or From the device
Map a shared folder.
I would like to be able to retrieve the data from it. Please help,Thanks

Hi rayc325,

Your should try to perform 4 second reset on the drive and check if you are able to access the drive after that. Please refer to the link given below for more information.
